Four Seasons has confirmed that it is concluding
management of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences São Paulo
at Nações Unidas.
In a mutual agreement with the property
owner, HTL SP, Four Seasons will manage the hotel and residences
until 22 December 2020.
Currently, the hotel is temporarily closed due to
COVID19 and the impact on travel demand.
The property owner is expected to
announce when the hotel will reopen and who is going to manage it in due course.
The hotel opened in October 2018.
Brazil remains an important market for Four
Seasons, and the company says that it continues to look for new
