The new service will allow hotels, resorts, restaurants, tour agents, car rental providers, community-based tourism operators, spa providers, One Tambon One Product (Otop) shop owners and souvenir shops to open virtual stores for Line users.
The service allows them to put up to 5,000 items on their e-store. They can also manage inventory, offer discounts, chat with customers and provide various choices of payment and delivery services.
Those who are interested in My Shop must have a Line Official Account or open one before applying for the service. There is no fee for registration, which runs until June 15.
